Korea was split into North Korea (communist) and South Korea (capitalist). Once North Korea started invading South Korea, America did in fact step in to save the day. If not, South Korea today would be under the North's regime.

My main pt, was in time era, Might was virtually always Right. Which is the main reason that Africa, Latin America (we'll include the natives here, as thats essentially what Latin Americans all were prior to Spanish involvement), and much of Asia is still so poor. America can't help but separate things into black and white because of slavery.

Same thing goes for labeling white people. If a white person commits a crime, the opposite side never separates it into whether it was a European immigrant, a native, etc.
