I thought the fight was pretty even and had it 2-2 going into the 5th and I didn't have a real winner. That fight could have been a draw but somehow JDS won 5 rounds. I had 4 other people watching with me, and they didn't understand. We all agreed that if JDS won he could have won 3-2 but not 5-0.

I think I had 3 and 4 for Ivanov for landing the better of the exchanges and had octagon control.

Ivanov had nothing but a great chin and a handful of good strikes.

JDS did not look like the champ he once was but he beat Ivanov easily.

He worked the body and the head. Fired several stinging jabs per round and landed more strikes without taking too much damage which was always his problem.
