just looking at dc record and Patrick Cummins.....a "undefeated" 4-0 fighter wins vs no wiki people.meanwhile dc was arguably the strikeforce king and fought veterans in mma.

How did some meth junkie fight Val??

Is normal, it’s just business for the ufc.

Shad got injured. Cummins was a replacement.

DC was 2-0 in the UFC and 0-0 at LHW. Pretty reasonable matchup.

It was super last second, everyone was out either injured or had just fought. And this guy had like beaten DC at wrestling or some bullshit so they scrambled to try to make an interesting narrative in the week or whatever they had before the fight.

Cummings made DC cry in training once or something.... Yeah... shades of Stipe vs Moldando that one.

Replacement for Rashad. Honestly pretty ridiculous that the fight was even sanctioned.

Cummins was a last minute replacement. They made a pathetic attempt to try to sell a "beef" between the two of them. Something about making DC cry. Then he got destoyed

When you have fights like Tito/Chuck 3 and Conor/Floyd sanctioned, DC/Cummins isn't that ridiculous.

rashid evans got hurt like 5 days before hand and he was willing to fight dc on that short notice.

He messed up DC’s Starbucks order a few years earlier.

These guys HATED each other, according to Dana White.

This whole Cummings made DC cry angle, the UFC put on, to hype the fight...is fucking shamefull!

Didn't DC lost a daughter in a car accident years ago?
...and the session were DC cried, while training with Cummings is also years ago...
So this was probably still fresh on his mind...and nobody should give him shit for that!
You are still hurting...something isn't going well in training...and you let it out.
UFC saw a opportunity in there to hype a fight and did it...fucking shamefull...

The real story was that he left a job as a barista to fight in the ufc. Was a wild angle at the time, and then he got crushed as most of us expected.

I love how they were selling Pat as a beast in the gym and everyone was scared to fight him...
