How come i cant create a thread in the ask the fighter section

You need to have 5000 posts (Black Belt), 2+ years at the forum (I think this is one of the pre-reqs) or a platinum account to start threads in Ask a Fighter.

alright thanks because i saw a yellow belt make a thread and i was confused.
