Is there some way they can rightfully proof their innocence? like 3rd party witness or something?

Example lets say Frank Mir was framed? can he still proof his innocence and how?

They can have the B sample tested by a third party.

Yeah, really. Especially in light of what went on with Yoel. It's definitely good that he sort of set the precedent of being able to fight them, even if it means threatening litigation, and winning.

Are there any allegations of framing?

You have a point. How do you trust anyone???

This whole USADA thing is turning out to be a DUD!!!!!

GOD DAMN IT!!!!

It's impossible. You can't prove you're not on PEDs, only the opposite.

I dont know, I just want to know if its legal to urinate in your opponents face when in north south position

Pay them more, like they've always done.

Call me ignorant or naive but why would USADA want to frame athletes?

Homie took a legal and approved supplement, but the shipment had been contaminated (probably had too high of a concentration of XXXdralone) and USADA popped him, hits him with the two year suspension. He sends them all the shit he's on, and they and an independent lab confirm it had been contaminated. So they're like, "Ok, nine months." And his team was like, "Bitch we'll sue you" so USADA was like "K six months/retroactive to January."

Just goes to show how retarded it is to make 5% of supplements illegal when they are functionally, and almost chemically, the same as the 95% of supplements that everyone is on. And how arbitrary and retarded the disciplinary power of these stupid organizations is.

Unless he manages to prove in court that the supplement was tainted, which would allow him to successfully sue the supp maker, I'm not buying Romero's side of the story.

cuz if it hadn't been confirmed by two separate labs, you think USADA, WHOSE FUCKING JOB IT IS TO BUST PEOPLE FOR PED'S would have conceded that it was a tainted supplement? The fuck is your problem? that's the whole reason for the reduced suspension. They knew that if it went to court, he would win, so they just admitted it ahead of time and saved themselves the headache of a guaranteed loss.

make your own blood tests, but I highly doubt usada wastes time with false reports

Goddamn that sounds ridiculous. More and more we're hearing about MMA fighters getting popped for taking legal supplements that for some reason also seem to violate USADA's banned substance list. On the one hand I can see how people don't give MMA fighters the benefit of the doubt due to the high % of athletes taking roids or other banned supplements but on the other hand Cruz's interview about supplements made a lot of sense. Cruz was saying how there needs to be some sort of agency that regulates the supplement industry in terms of what they put inside their supplements and guarantees that there is nothing else in there that could raise red flags during USADA's testing process. Fighters do need supplements in order to rest their bodies and stay healthy during their training camps.
