yeah.... just basically my energy levels are at a bare minimum compared to how I used to be. Also when my angina plays up its basically heart attack symptoms.... as someone who has had a heart attack its a pretty scary thing to experience again

but with meds and a better diet along with regular exercise Im actually feeling pretty good right about now, in comparison to how I was not too long ago

Almost couldn't feel better... Put my 8 hours in today and learned i will be going home tomorrow after working every day since March 19th on a ship... i'll get around 2 weeks off before coming back...
