Nick Diaz has been training in the PI looking phenomenal and saying he will be back in 2023 for a fight, preferably Izzy. But since he doesn't have the belt anymore it makes more sense to fight Poatan for the MW belt.

Seems like a crowd favorite and although Diaz doesn't deserve it, hes a big star. The fight is probably a coin toss and Diaz by sub isn't too unbelievable or he could out cardio Pereira and chop him down slowly over 5 rounds.

285 isn't too far out now and nothing has been announced for a main event, both guys are available and Nick said he wants the belt.

Sure. Dada 3000 v Brock Lesnar, co-main.

I'm his fan, but Nick shouldn't be fighting at 185. If he wants to be taken seriously, he should go hard enough to get to WW and he might actually still have some upside. He'd also be faster at WW 'cause he'd have to get in way better shape. And at his age, he could use that speed that he would get for losing weight. Too bad that doesn't seem to be on the agenda.
