Media Houston Alexander Training the 10th Mountain Division

I think the real question is whether or not he gassed by the third instruction.

Honestly jokes aside I respect Houston for this he's a good American for doing it too.

lucky troops

now they can destroy any apocalyptic opponents

"Any time anybody gets with in punching range you grab his head and throw your right hand as hard as you can........ also remember to stiffen your entire body"

Houston was not very skilled compared to UFC fighters but meeting fighters is always dope, really humbles you and shows you even the lower level guys that are retired are still miles ahead of a normal person

this one will probably go over a lot of people’s heads, trash bags, saunas, upper management...

That’s super cool you met Houston TS. I was a huge fan of his when i first got into the sport.

Yeah it’s like they are nice because they know what they are capable of and have nothing to prove to the average joe.

Thanks, man. anybody who takes their time to do good to people they don't know is cool in my book.

Congrats TS, now you can gas and get KO'd by a stiff breeze like a pro.

I think I saw that Latina chick in Brick Yates.

I had the great privilege to meet Houston Alexander a couple weeks ago.
He came to our post (Ft Polk) and trained some of our soldiers. Great guy. He impressed everyone with his humble demeanor and willingness to help the troops. It was a great experience and the troops loved it!

I hope el cucoy comes to Ft Stewart and ankle picks everyone on post

All I see are a whole bunch of dirty nasty LEGS! Haha this is cool though man, glad you got the experience. Thanks for sharing it. People forget before he got exposed for his cardio issues, Houston Alexander was KOing people dead.
IIRC the PC term b4 I retired was NAAPs...

Alternatively, I’m sure that eventually offended someone
