Since no one wants me to have nice things, all of my horror threads were deleted by the evil Sherdog Gestapo.

So here, we talk about horror related media, in all of its finest forms. Movies, tv series, comics, books, trading cards, et al.

Have fun sharing news and insights into the wonderful world of horror.

Shock Till You Drop's 10 Hottest Sex Scenes In Horror Films

http://www.shocktillyoudrop.com/news/features/393089-10-hottest-sex-scenes-horror/

Sexvamp2.jpg
There are but two moments of true import in the lifespan of a human being: its birth and its death. And while the horror film concerns itself with the mysteries and anxieties surrounding the latter landmark, the act of birth is, of course, directly a result of the act of sex. Sex is the most basic human drive, outside of hunger (also covered heavily in horror) and the act of eliminating waste (sometimes covered in horror, thankfully…not very often!). So it goes to follow that the fear of sex, the need for it, the inexplicable thirst for it and often, perversions of it, are an essential component to the genre and its many, er, appendages.

Bummer about the old threads.
@Bobby Boulders had me thinking I remember you started the first discussion with your top 10 horror movies, has it changed since then?
Mine is still similar except I had to find a spot for Tucker & Dale vs Evil, and added Evil Dead 2. I always liked it but the new series with Ash vs Evil made it pop into my head.

The Thing
Halloween
Exorcist
REC
Evil Dead 2
American Werewolf in London
Jaws
Return of the Living Dead
Blair Witch Project
Tucker & Dale vs Evil

@TrainInVain

My top 10 could be different at any given time. There will always be constants, I suppose, like Halloween.

Today my top 10 would be (no particular order):

Halloween
Tenebre
Terminator
Alien
It Follows
Psycho
Let The Right One In
Hellraiser II
The Thing
A Girl Walks Home Alone At Night

Probably quite different from my first list. Two of those films weren't made yet, The Thing was on the outside looking in (if I remember correctly), and Hellraiser II wasn't even in the running.

Hellraiser II is one of my favorite sequels ever. Not the best movie, by a long shot, but a lot of fun.

There are other movies I love as much as these, but it is a top 10 list. I could make a top 30 Probably and all films listed would be loved by me equally.

My top 10:

The Thing
Angst
Manhunter
The Beyond
Tetsuo: The Iron Man
Possession
Braindead / Dead Alive
Evil Dead 2
Re-Animator
Wishmaster

Honorable mentions:
Eden Lake
Hellraiser
Event Horizon
The Fly
Street Trash

@Zer

Is Angst the movie from the early 80's that was based on true events? German, maybe? I was going to watch it a while back and never got around to it. I have heard it is kinda like Henry.

Nice list too. I didn't realize you liked the horror like that.

^ that's it bro. It has one of the most repulsive serial killers performances I've ever seen. Which reminds me that I gotta see Maniac. I saw Cinema Snob's review and the lead performance was hideous, but in a good way

I never finished Maniac. I would get so sidetracked with different movies that if I didn't finish one for whatever reason I would forget to ever finish it. I didn't dislike it, I actually forgot I never finished it until you brought it up just now. The locale change was a plus though, imo.

Guys, i need help finding a movie. It's not thread worthy yet. It was a vampire movie i think, with a girl vampire. She ended up making out with a blonde girl that was on vacation or something with her dad. She bit her when they were getting it on. One of the girls ends up killing the dad and putting him in the trunk of a car (i think, i remember a trunk being involved) I think the girls get it on in a convertible jeep. I saw this when i was like 7 and that's all i can remember of it. I really wish i could find it.

Do you have an idea of when this may have come out? American film? Any other details?

Top shelf list Robert. For Horror my #1 has been the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre since I first saw it 22 or so years ago.

What year were you 7? Was it a rental? on tv, drive in?

TCM is a popular pick, I am sure. A lot of regulars in these threads are tried and true TCM fanatics. I respect the shit out of that film, and how influential it is. And that the first sequel was probably as good as the first, but for completely different reasons. Either could make my list on any given day.

Idk if i was exactly 7 but it had to have been between 2001-2004. It was a rental and i think it was a B movie. All i really remember is the 2 girls making out in a convertible jeep. One is a vampire and she bites the other girl on her upper thigh, near her vag. The dad of the non-vampire girl is involved somehow, idk if they're on vacation or what. But I'm pretty sure he is killed, and he's stuffed in a trunk at some point. The non-vampire girl that gets it on with the vampire girl might also have a brother. I only watched it once and it was over a decade ago so the details are scarce.

This whole post is full of win, two things though: when was Martyrs remade, and I have never her of Calvaire. Everything else is legit. Good taste.

@AndersonsFoot

I am looking dude. The plot sounds familiar, but I am coming up with nothing. The bite by the vag sounds like something I probably fwapped to at some point. I think Vampires has a scene like that, but a dude does it, maybe.
