Their commentary on Fig/Moreno was flat out atrocious.

Their excessive cheering of every Brandon strike / whiff while barely acknowledging the champ’s hard strikes left a lot to be desired.

He was awful - I muted my TV towards the end of the 4th round. "OH! OH! OH! HE'S HURT! OH OH OH!" [No he's not.] As soon as Moreno continued from the time out the narrative became Moreno is a hero and everything he did was amazing. I actually thought Moreno won, but the number of times Joe reacted to nothing was ridiculous. We need USADA testing for commentators for the day of the event because unless Rogan was punching cones every time Anik was commentating there's no justification for how stupid he was tonight.

Hes really bad. I tried to defend him last card but I can't. He said Tony was working on a sub with some 10th planet bullshit and it wasnt even close. He acted like Moreno was landing every big punch and he wasn't.

He was fine. All sports commentators get it wrong sometimes, that's the nature of calling it live. In my long history of watching sports, I can't remember a single commentator that hasn't been constantly shit on by fans when they've been on for a while. Rogan does a good job, mostly.

He was fucking trash and DC wasn't far behind him. Though I think Joe's extreme retardation might have hindered DC more than normal. How many times was Joe saying Moreno was rocked and it wasn't even close to the truth. No Joe, every punch isn't 'rocking' Moreno and if that were true, how can he with stand such an onslaught and not go down?

So .. it's one thing to speculate briefly and move on. He was clearly throwing with the arm and doing well, it didn't look like it was compromised at all. Joe still clung on to that speculation even after it was pretty much disproven. Pretty embarrassing, he's supposed to be calling a fight not giving armchair diagnoses where not supported by any discernible facts
