College Hoops 2024-2025 Thread *** Florida National Champions ***

UCLA turning things around. 6 game win streak with three of those being over top 25 teams.

St. Johns at UConn tonight. Should be a good one. I'm leaning UConn at home.

All that glazing of Cooper Flagg and he just falls down. <lmao>

Bet 4 games today, all playing at 2, all ML. South Florida, Arizona St, OSU, and LaSalle. 3/4 and I'm golden.

0/4 baby! College hoops has been brutal.

#1 AP vs #1 Coaches is happening on Saturday. I wonder if that's ever happened before.

Tennessee at Kentucky tonight. Leaning Kentucky. Purdue-Michigan is a good match-up as well. Leaning Purdue. Thoughts?

Gotta hand it to your guys Florida is legit again . Levels better than I thought. Imo best team in country . We beat yall but it took a crazy track meet game.

I got no clue what to make of my Mash unit team. I mean we're 7-1 vs top 15 but seem to forget how to play when we play anyone else. Lol.. be nice to finally be 100% or near it though :(. Still much better season than I figured at start

UCLA at Indiana tonight. I think we have a live dog in Indiana here. It may be worth a sprinkle on the ML.

I don't think we're the best but if we can stay healthy we might be the deepest. We just have Auburn's number since Pearl got there.

I thought Houston would hang with Arizona better than this. It might not even be close.

Edit-That was a defensive dog fight. Both teams will do well in the big dance.

just saw joe lunardis updated bracketology. He has UCLA on the 6 line while Arizona is on the 3 line. UCLA has the better overall record, has more wins vs current top 25 teams than Arizona has, and UCLA beat Arizona at Arizona. SO to recap, better record, more quality wins, head to head matchup all favor UCLA, and yet they are 3 lines behind Arizona. Make it make sense please

I didn't watch that head-to-head game, but the eye test says that 'Zona is a better team at this point. That Houston game could have gone either way, and they just won in Baylor.

I can’t comment on the eye test because other than a few minutes of the Houston game, I haven’t watched Arizona recently. However Ucla is 8-1 over their last 9 games with the one loss being a down to the wire game at Illinois. They have beaten both Wisconsin and Michigan state in this stretch and finished a season sweep of a solid Oregon ducks team. Arizona is 2-4 against teams currently ranked while ucla is 3-2. I just am not seeing how arizona has the better resume. I suppose if you look at bad losses Arizona has none while ucla did lose to Rutgers.

Speaking of Rutgers, how do they have 2 guys who are projected top 5 lotto picks and they still have a losing record? Is the rest of the team total shit?

@llperez22 Rutgers is a combination of things. The list is long. And you have to remember that those two blue-chippers are freshmen and possibly overrated.
