Every single fighter uses whatever supplements that are legal that they feel help them. Many (possibly most) go beyond that line if they feel the benefit outweighs the risk of being caught

Supplements are simply performance enhancing drugs that are not banned. USADA could ban whey protein or creatine and then those are considered PEDs
