‘FIGHT VALLEY’: Last summer, Holm and Tate staged a fight scene together for “Fight Valley,” a yet-to-be released MMA-based movie.

The scene was, of course, choreographed. Still, Holm said she was able to get some feel for Tate’s size, strength and physicality.

“We were being very physical with each other,” she said. “We were in the clinch and kind of threw each other down to the mat a couple of times.

“Of course, you’re kind of going light, so you’re not really feeling like, 100 percent go. So you don’t get the real feel of it, but you can get a little bit.”

Holm said she and Tate actually made some adjustments to the scene when they felt it wasn’t realistic.

“We didn’t want to be disrespectful, but (would say), ‘This really would never happen, so can we transition to the fight scene in this way?’

“We kind of got together and worked with some things.”
