Holly Holm vs Julia Budd at 145. Who would win?

Julia Budd claimed to be the second best 145ers after Cyborg. Holly Holm can make the 145 weight. If she were to fight Julia Budd, who would win?

Julia Budd is stronger, better built, wrestler and got muay thai skills. Julia Budd has been undefeated for a long time. Holly Holm is a better kick box and got a good take down defense.
 
Holm..saw nothibg from budd that says shes ufc calibre or capable of doing anything to holm but be taller and longer..

She got destroyed by nunes and rousey before they were even stars in the UFC or top of there own game..Holm by too much pressure and accurate strikes..could see a headkick ko for holm
 
Julia Budd got murk'd by Ronda Rousey in 40 seconds in his 4th pro fight when Rousey had zero striking.

Budd is a joke.
 
Holm. I have yet to see evidence that Budd is an elite fighter.
 
I disagree. The fight could go either way. Weight classes are made for a reason. Julia Budd is bigger, stronger. She's improved a lot. She can outwrestle Holly Holm.
 
Shame on you, there should be a rule that all WMMA discussions come with pictures. Also Holm will smash Budd.

If there should be such a rule, then there should be a qualifier that the picture must display their best assets.
