idc what "u do regularly" to do a pullup stop mid momentum then continue is really good work and to do that multiple times is impressive. And like I said I highly doubt u could even do 1Facts? Your a virgin fact.

Why you so worked up about me saying ish ish ish?
When is Holly gonna realize that her STRENGTH is not the reason she is losing fights. She doesn't lose for lack of cardio or strength or power. But she and her team just haven't realized she needs to change her fight style and tactics.
She loses because her fighting-style is losing her fights :
- Basic lack of killer instinct.
- 1st round most of her punches and kicks whiff past by around 6inches to a foot. (or more)
- Concentrates on "don't get hit, don't get hit, stay away, stay away" far too much.
- Doesn't use her best offensive weapon - leg-kick to the head anywhere NEAR enough. Most of her losses she could have won if she actually USED her weapons instead of jiggling jiggling feinting feinting at distance and not actually throwing any STRIKES that connect.
She needs to be much more aggressive, close the distance, throw MORE leg-kicks and EARLIER in the fight and develop a "F you "killer instinct.
Attack is Often the Best Means of Defense.
But I fear far too late for that. More chin-ups isn't going to do it Holly, a fundamental re-think is what is required and I just don't think she understands that.

He was doing reverse grip and was actually making it a bit harder than normal by sticking his legs out.
