I like Holly Holm as a person and how she destroyed Honda Drowsy, but that was like watching the grass grow vs. Tate. I know she had to be extra careful against someone who moves like Frankenstein Monster, but c'mon. Jab, cross from way out of range to setup the high kick.....then circle out of range....sprinkle in oblique kicks to make the other fighter worry about losing their knee & ending career...wow, so fun to watch. Can't stand Honda, but at least she went in kamakazi and made it an exciting fight.

I'm kind of glad she lost. I never liked any of her MMA fights from before Honda. Very much the same, just looking for that perfect counter. Never really engages in brawling exchanges when the setup doesn't connects...maybe when the horn's about to blow.... she's a fargin' female Machida snorer.
 
That's the problem with real fighters, maybe you should try WWE, where reality doesn't get in the way of entertainment...
 
She's always been a boring fighter from what I've seen.

She was only exciting versus Ronda, because Ronda, like always, charges in like a bull trying to finish the fight ASAP.
 
She had the fight of her life against Ronda. all her other UFC fights outside of the Ronda fight looked like last nights. But rather then being put to sleep she would normally ride that 5th round out and get a decision. So other then the Ronda fight I agree she's been pretty boring.
 
That's what happens when u go to that camp, you become a safe fighter
 
Come on, that was Mieshas first finish in the UFC let's not act like she's awesome to watch.
 
Yeah I commented during the fight that she looked just like she did in her earlier UFC fights. After getting worked on the ground she became a point fighter again.
 
Her fights are always boring. Honda was the exception due to her dumb gameplan. You can't market a fighter like that. Meisha and Cat are way more exciting to watch.
 
Oh hell no they are going after Holly now bitches, Oh yea where is the headkick Gif at today WTF ? Where is all the bullshit gifs of Holly knocking Ronda out ? Oh that was Friday but Sunday after her loss no more support for Holly its a down hill slide into criticism from here.
 
The worst part is when she shouts throwing every jab.
 
Holly never has to win another fight in her life and she'll always be a hero in my books.

Sorry junior, but only a few fighters fight like Machida and Holm, if not just them that fights like this. Then there's Human Blanket Man, Dameaeananan Maeia. Dana White even hints big time that he doesn't like this shit. He's just quiet about Holm, to see what he can salvage from her wrecking his Goldengirl Honda's $$$ train. Actually, Dana even said clearly that Greg Jackson and his camp turns exciting fighters into snorefests.

You should open a gym and create exciting fighters with massive losing records.
 
Let's not make this about Ronda, for fuck's sake. It's Miesha's time.
 
Her fights in the UFC up to Ronda were incredibly boring affairs.

The truth is, people hated Ronda more than they liked Holly. All those gifs were more 'lol @ ronda' than 'go Holly'.

To quote D.C "they don't even like me, they just hate Jon Jones".

Holly is quiet and non-charismatic. She's also a bit of a 'point fighter' for the most part. She got all that insane support after she beat Ronda, people loved her simply for that.
