Where is his title shot? He's a most deserved contender out there.

well honestly it's probably a good thing he is gettign all this experience. He is young and it is getting close to his time, but really all this extra experience is a good thing for him in the long run.

If his name was Andre Fili he would have fought for the title twice.

It'll be Holloway vs Aldo/Edgar for the vacant FW title.

He's been fighting Frankies left overs & he shouldn't have fought Stephens, Stephens was getting his ass kicked before he flying knee'd Bermudez. Holloway was jumping around like he won the title after Oliveira suffered a freak injury and was lying on the canvas unable to move. He needs a real test.

Remember when George Sotiropoulos won 8 in a row...since losing 5 in a row.

A good chunk of those 8 wins were against scrubs and he squeaked past them (Cole Miller lol). He's gonna need some better wins if he wants a title shot.

Holloway vs. Lamas or Holloway vs. Aldo needs to happen

Building EXP. It takes much more than 8-fight win streaks to get title shots in boxing. UFC tends to push their young stars too fast.

There's 100 more ways to lose in MMA than boxing and most divisions in MMA don't yet have the depth to risk putting fighters out of contention.

Some better wins? Lol, he is at worst 1 win away from a title shot. For me is on the same level as Frankie, they both beat the same guys (Charles/Cub), the exception is Chad/Stephens, and Chad is a better win, but a 8 fight win streak makes up for that.

He is either going to face Frankie or Jose anyway

that experience can also lead to deterioration.

To me, Holloway is in the title picture just as much as Frankie. Looks like Aldo is a broken man unless he is hiding the real reason for turning down the fight after RDA got injured, and should not be in the title picture.

Real test like Aldo?

Looks like debate is over.
