Two weeks ago was when he was allowed to start doing work on his feet, so how exactly has he been medically cleared to replace an allegedly injured Ferguson?

But given that Holloway brought this up publicly, I find it hard to believe a commission would grant him a license, the commission would be liable.

They announced it but I doubt Max has been cleared by the commission. Khabib probably doesn't fight at all.
