After training MT I get a sharp pain in my right hip.

Does anyone have any experience with the same thing? Is it just a matter of getting the hip used to it? And gradually increasing volume. Or is there a way I can stretch out of this?

Thanks.

My face, shins and ribs hurt like a motherfucker the first/last time I trained Muay Thai.

Warm up, stretch and cool down at every training session.

skeletal or muscular pain?

soreness or sharp pain?

if it's the muscle then you must simply stretchhhhhhhhh

TS, how old are you? Any history of arthritis in your family?

hahaha, you must really love that picture man, because I think this is the 2nd or 3rd thread I've seen you post it in :D

I would bet you have irratation and inflammed tissue and i would highly recommend you get trigger point injections into your hamstrings lower back and hip areas and i will gaurentee you that your pain will go away.i did this and got 14 trigger point injections and after a week of these injections of anti imflammatory stuff cortizone injections i was a new man and felt great. The worst thing can be bone spurs

well, you should listen to your body. if you think you cannot train, then take a break.
and in any case you should visit a doctor anyway.
