hey MODS why wont it let me have an avitar

i tried to add one but it still only has the "do not use avatar" selected as the only option

i looked under FAQs

ATT. mine did that at first, but it went away after a few days. Stab, you must be an orange belt to have an avatar.

Edit avatar in your control panel, you're orange belt should work.

I was thinking of a sheep-shagger belt, or maybe the words, "coal, sheep, beer" flashing up one after another. I'm not very creative. What's the max size it can be?
