Hey guys is stuff from EAS any good (Phosphagen)

Was just checking out their Phosphagen HP creatine. Read some review and this stuf sounds pretty good.

It's ok i thought. It's much cheaper just to make your own. All you need is creatine monohydrate, dextrose, taurine, and koolaid.

I took their regular creatine monohydrate and it worked pretty well. They use quality creatine imo.

You can get alot worse products than EAS. They make solid, albeit unremarkable supplements.

I wouldn't.

It works,but I don't think it works well enough to justify it's price.

You'd be much better suited spending the money on better food, protien or vitamins.

Or beer and hookers.
