Thats a pretty obvious thought, but they brought silva in and did all of his medicals to get him approved and he passed.

People ask Dana constantly what he thinks and whats going on behind the scenes, obviously things change constantly so why quote something from the beginning of the day and expect it to hold true to the end of the day.
 
Dana did not think that the medical stuff could be worked out in so short time. Thats why he said it was not happening.

Dislike him for legit reasons, not being careful with his words when he legit didn't know if Silva would be cleared. If Dana could've, he'd have sold this fight as quick and hard as possible.

In this case he was. If he says "yeah probably" then it falls through he'd be getting his ass ripped apart by the same people killing him for this.
 
When the facts change, a smart person changes their mind. So if DW thought Silva couldn't get cleared, but he did, why wouldn't he change his mind ?

Side note, DC should target Silva's gallbladder .
