Best fighter to watch: Justin Gaethje (Allergic to boring fights and always wins FOTN's)
Best trash-talker: Chael Sonnen
Best Grappler: Charles Oliveira
Best KO: Usman/Masvidal 2
Best fight: Glover vs Jiri
UFC GOAT: Jon Jones

My perfect MMA Fighter

Power: Francis or Fedor but I'd go for Francis
Cardio: Merab or Colby but I'd go for Merab
Striking: Anderson Silva
Boxing: Max Holloway
Fight IQ: Fedor (I want the fight IQ of a HW that knew how to deal with the most dangerous HW's ever, especially the ones in Pride back in the day) or GSP but I'd go for Fedor
Leg Kicks: Mirko Cro Cop
Wrestling: Khabib or Jon Jones but I'd go for Khabib
Chin: Roy Nelson
Speed: Jose Aldo or Demetrious Johnson but I'd go for Aldo
Mic Skills: Brock Lesnar (Especially he's from WWE and even in WWE Promos, he's very underrated since he doesn't talk a lot but in UFC, he displays mic skills on high level) or Michael Chandler too but I'd go for Lesnar

It would make more sense to say Charles has the best BJJ he is not the best grappler by a far margin.
