just wanted to give u guys an update... i've been taking this shit for about a week now.. and i feel fucking GREAT!!!!!

man.. i could go into details about it, like how much stronger i feel, how much 'at ease' and relaxed i am, how much more i'm enjoying things like music and physical activity.. but i could fill a book... i think i just found my new favorite supplement!!!... thanks chad!

This is the one, pills will break you in but this is by far the best way to take it. Put it on your bedside table, hold it under the tongue until it somewhat absorbs completely because if it touches your tastebuds, your fucked.

hey chad.. what should my ash cycle be?

i'm thinking of 3 weeks on, 1 or 2 weeks off.. or should i do 2weeks on 2 weeks off?



after a while, i may be courageous enough to try some stuff in addition to it.. but right now i'm content with ash by itself.. but i'll definitely look into ur suggestions:icon_chee

do u happen to know anything i should avoid when taking ash? like other herbs or something?
 
Im not sure about interaction with other herbs.

I should cycle it every 4 - 6 weeks with about 3 weeks to a month off.

I personally don't necessarily "cycle herbs. It may sound like I take a shitload of earth but I am at a point of understanding now that I only use the herb(s) needed, when needed.
For example:
If I am having circadian rythym blockages I'll throw together some chamomile, valerian for the instant assistance. I would use a Siberian ginseng dominant formula to help balance whats going on inside me, causing the blockage, for a period of no more than period of a 4 moon cycle, if not it'll throw your deficiency into a dominance which is counterproductive and definetely not balance. Which is also a direct sign that you are in a Yin deficiency, age, personal lifestyle, diet are factors to consider when determining the severity of the Yin deficiency, among other things but we'll keep it on a surface level for the others.

ashwaghanda gave me the shits big time.....anyone else had this problem, or know how to prevent it?

i may just be sensitive to stuff like that, because my multi gives me the shits if i take it more than twice per day for a week or more.

yeh.. it gave me the shits the first 2 days i took it.. but i kept taking it and now i've been normal for the past week... good stuff..:icon_chee \

i'ma try out the gin-ash stack that chad recommended next time i'm ordering shit.. :)

i started taking it again last night...i'm going to just take 1/day before bed and see if i can handle it..i hope so, i felt GREAT today.
 
Sudo, jkuhlmann, is this stuff still working out pretty good for you? Sounds like good stuff, and ive have about 5 colds in 2 months and im not sure why, i could use something to boost my immune system.

u could also look into echinacea (eck-in-ay-sha) and astragalus.. the ginseng revitalizer that chad posted as astragalus in it already.. all boost immune system.. but i'd more go for vitamin C since u don't have to cycle vitamins :icon_chee

Also If you cant or dont want to, then take your ashwaghanda with ghee. Find some good formulas on google.
The ghee is key to take with ashwaghanda and many other herbs we like.

an update.. i think i might've became resistant to ashwagandha.. i don't feel the benefits as much anymore..

i've been doing 2weeks on, 2weeks off.. this sucks!:icon_cry2
