Dean did nothing wrong with the mouthpiece. Maybe you could argue that he should have stopped the fight between rounds, but Bisping recovered and went the distance afterwards, so whatever.

Bisping sat there for a good minute. There should have been a standing 8 count.

Judging by that video, Anderson should of got the KO (I haven't seen the fight yet, fucked up my time zones). There's no reason for someone with Bisping's experience to be looking for his mouthpiece in that situation.
