He's just a ridiculously scrappy/crafty guy who does stuff on the fly that no one else is doing. It doesn't hurt that he hits like a mack truck too, which is odd because he wasn't a heavy striker long into his thirties.

I feel like he's improvising at this point but who knows at this point; he pulled the the Fedor fight off like this too.

Seems to me in this fight he was actually trying to do different stuff, i.e. the head kick and the hen-bo, rather than just spamming that slow overhand right.

Hopefully he keeps doing this and fights well into his 50s!!
