Was a hell of a fight! Had me on the edge of my seat. Huge fan of both guys but was rooting hard for Bisping to get redemption.

I hate how people rag on the fight. Hendo finished Lombard in spectacular fashion the same night Bisping won the belt. It was his last chance and everyone including me woulda loved to see him retire with the belt. (Even rooting for Mike a part of me wished to see Hendo ride off into the sunset with the belt.)

It was great the UFC for once treated a Retiring Vet with respect and the best gift a fighter like Hendo could have asked for.

Movies have been made about stories like this for fucks sake.

I think Bisping was always realistic. He loves to fight bit he knows he was never a truly elite fighter. He said it after beating Rockhold he is an average guy then said more than average.
