Why does he get a pass for doing this ?

Seems like guys who speak fluent english and sport the red white and blue can get away with more stuff imo
 
I dunno, but he also got a pass for doing it to Bisping.

Because it was purely political. Henderson comes from an age of embracing the Cuban embargo. He isn't about this normalized relations talk going on while he's around.

Is legit question. Shit was unnecessary and unbecoming of an olympian.

I don't think he gets a free pass here. There are a lot of people, me included, that aren't big fans of his b/c of this kind of crap from him. Most people accepted the Bisping one b/c they hated Bisping at the time. I'll admit I kind of liked it based on all the shit Bisping talked.....but that shot was brutal and wasn't "heat of the moment". Hendo clearly stated that he knew Mike was out and he took a shot at him anyway. It was dispicable and should be punished.
 
Rampage did the same to Wanderlei. Bad sportsmanship for sure, but apparentely not illegal. If you suggest the simple idea of it being sanctioned, your thread/message is gonna get deleted by the mods
 
I bet a lot of people who don't mind hate Palhares.
 
Hendo did the right thing.


Many times we have seen flash KO's where the Ref doesn't stop it and the guy comes back.


If you see the Lombard vs Hendo fight in real time, he was justified to throw those two elbows....It wasn't like 10 seconds of elbows, they were quick and to make sure he was out.


You stop until the ref pulls you off.
 
Because 'murica and a crowd favorite, he does get a free pass everytime, Paul Harris while very similar, doesnt have either of both things.
 
It was close, but it seems to be that it was with in the rules. That's about all i can answer you. It seem you're not going to get any answer you'll like at this point. lol
