Does anyone have a stretching routine I can start doing for MMA so that I can become really flexible and when to do them (I.E. what to do after a lifting session, standup session, grappling, running etc, etc,. And if someone does, will I have to continue doing it as long as i want to be flexible? Oh yea and a def. of some of the terms would be great if they aren't just common sense
