Hell wall vs sparring bag 3

Anybody have any critiques to help improve, sinister or "a guy"?

You're still way too heavy on your front foot. You've always had a tendency to lift your back foot completely off the ground and reach badly with your punches. I doubt you'll be able to break yourself of your bad habits at this point without a coach correcting you or at least feeling the price for mistakes via getting punched in the face.

Edit: You're also still letting your hands drift down after each punch. I really think you need an instructor to make any progress at this point.

Try to identify mistakes you're doing on your own first. Compare your sparring with that bag to fighters/bag work on youtube. You're very heavy on your feet with little to no head movement/footwork/hand defense. Your punches are all slow and use body weight instead of explosion/hips. A lot of the intricacies you're missing are not something that can be easily corrected on a forum. For starters I would get a real bag that has resistance and work on angles/footwork/combinations. Slow 1 / 2 punch combos won't progress you much. A big piece of advice is as you throw your job touch your temple with your index finger. Every time you throw your jab you're dropping your right hand, which is asking for major problems. Likewise, when you throw your right bring your left to your temple or at least jaw. Try utilizing some retreat footwork as well, your footwork patterns are completely impractical in a real spar.

What are the downfalls of being front foot heavy? And thank you brothers

Balance, mobility, and power utilization. As an orthodox fighter i believe most of your power will actually come from the right quadricep muscle. I also feel the right quad plays a huge part in your footwork, and even head movement.

You will know when you are at least using some semblance of proper form because your right quad (and possibly calf) will be burning.

The stance problem is the bigger core problem, but the more "blatant" I guess for lack of a better word is your hands falling with each punch. If you sparred someone with 3 months of training who worked with a coach you'd get KOd in the first minute.

The fact that both of those things consistently shows up in your videos makes me think you may be doing more harm than good if you ever have dreams of making it to a gym. You'll have a lot of core problems that you seem to have ingrained in yourself.
