Lombard is +110 and Magny is -110.

Does everyone think Lombard is going to look like a lightweight off the juice or something?

Magny's biggest wins are 2 split decisions over Erick Silva and Kelvin Gastelum in which he didn't look that great.

That's statistically a coin flip. They probably gave Magny the slight edge because Magny has ungodly reach compared to Lombard.

Dat long layoff bruh! Last fight was what Jan 2015 if I recall correctly?

Magny looks better and better each fight ( Excluding Maia, no shame in that).

Lombard just got popped and hasn't fought in a year and 2 months. His last supplemented "win" over Burkman wasn't necessarily impressive either.

Meanwhile , during Lombards suspension, Magny has fought 5 times going 4-1.

It's an intriguing one with Lombard coming back. I think Magny tho

I agree Lombard should be the favorite and I think he will win. The only thing Magny has over Lombard is range and cardio. Lombard is a better striker than him, he's better in the clinch than him and he's better on the ground.

WAR Magny! You dont bet against Neil!

How the heck is Magny supposed to do the outpower - slam - mount - gnp routine against Lombard? Thats basically his game and when standing he gets hurt in most of his fights it seems. I dont except Lombard to suck on his comeback fight either.

Unless he's fighting Demian Maia. :D

He's ranked 9th right now and I don't think he can beat anyone in the top 8. Nothing spectacular about his striking or grappling.

He had a big size and strength advantage against Gastelum but I don't expect to see him throwing roidweather around.

1 Rory MacDonald
2 Stephen Thompson
3 Tyron Woodley
4 Carlos Condit
5 Johny Hendricks
6 Demian Maia
7 Matt Brown
8 Dong Hyun Kim

I agree, everyone ranked above him is more skilled. Magny is tough and has strong cardio but he doesn't seem to be great anywhere.

All I know is, you have a great avatar.

I expect Lombard to look much different than he's looked in the past. Wish Magny was a dog.

He was an inconsistent explosive fighter with bad cardio. Now he is coming off a year layoff and a steroid bust. Not hard to see why people are hesitant to bet on him.

Magny is very underrated. He uses his reach well and if Lombard had trouble hitting Burkman and Boetch, he's not gonna have an easy time with Magny.

Magny also has a cardio edge. But he does get rocked in several of his fights, so if Lombard can catch him he can hurt him for sure.

I would like to see Lombard take on the top of the division so I hope he wins this fight, won't be easy though.

Hector is going to come in looking like a Ooompa Loombard

I'd think betting on Lombard would be a good idea.
