I've got a heavy bag, 80lbs if you can call that heavy, so needless to say it swings a lot. I've been trying to think of ways to anchor it to the floor somehow but can't come up with anything. It hangs in my garage and the floor is concrete so I can't really drill into it and chain it down. Has anyone else had this problem? What did you do?

Why can't you drill into your concrete? Buy a heavy spring for the chain that connects to the bag also.
