Hey guys. Just wondering if it is ok to use boxing headgear as opposed to mma specific headgear. What are the pros vs cons. It seems like there isnt a guard across the jaw for the boxing head gear. We spar with 14 ounce boxing gloves. What are your guys opinions? Thanks guys.
