Social Have you noticed this in your place of work?

I get and read 500k emails a day and haven’t seen it.

Come on guys. No one gives a shit how many emails you get a day lol.

Haven’t seen that but I’m also on the east coast. I’ll check in 5-10 years later.

So I assume many of us work in an office setting. (no disrespect to the blue collar folk, and men who work with their hands. you guys are awesome, and I don't know shit about mechanics)

I've noticed, more and more in email chains, or on business cards people have their names, position, phone numbers, work address and ....Preferred pronouns.

EG:

Vincent Vega
Office Supervisor
Puget Sound Ballistics
P: 253 555-5555
Work Cell: 253: 444-4444
Preferred Pronouns: He/Him/His

Have you come across this as well? what are your thoughts?
We have a few nuts like that at my company and Ive seen it. Its pretty embarrassing. Hopefully its just a fad. I hear the next generation after the Millennials are pretty against this sort of bullshit.

Do I think it's kinda silly? yea, I do. but if someone requests that I use their preferred pronoun I will.

I don't completely understand transgenderism.

I read a post on our slack channel where the feminist making the post was using "they" and "them" interchangeably among plural and singular nouns. It was one of the most confusing and awkward things I've ever read. And yet I think she was proud of her virtue signaling.

If someone feels more comfortable with "he" or "she", then I'll go ahead and do that. I won't just use "they" or "zer" or any weird crap like that.

I know a couple of them, but they aren't the type to give a fuck about this kind of irrelevant shit. It's really quite an enormous leap when juxtaposed with where they actually stand in terms of large scale societal and populace acceptance.

This. I feel like most being done by these authoritative far leftwingers that get off on power and virtue signaling.

Yea, I agree with this.

I one time used the wrong pronoun to identify an individual I work with. she dresses as a man, and identifies as such. I referred to her as Ms. Vega. and she corrected me.

no big deal, I apologized and we both moved on.

she didn't threaten to have me arrested.

Nope. Have not seen that

Stop doing business with them. That's the only way to end the insanity...

I feel bad for the legit gender dysphoria cases because these forced legislative measures are building up a lot of hate for them (and others by some god awful association). They aren't all freakshow caricatures or throwaway fetish material, they're people. They put on a brave face but the pain they're in is evident.

I haven't yet...but my company overall is pretty big on "you do you" so it is only a matter of time until I do.

I only get about 15 emails a day

Really? I honestly would have thought emailing questions and answers would have been a huge part of a lawyers job.

Pinging someone if they know better where to look for an applicable case to argue precedent seems like a massive time saver for a law firm versus individuals scouring the public records library.

Sounds like she needs some proper legal council. Can I get her contact info?

I don’t think so but most of the time I just read name/title and skip the rest.

No, but I'm sure it'll be a top issue among conservatives come election time.

Fuck affordable healthcare, college debt, climate change, increasing inequality, there's some dude that wants to choose his pronoun!
{<jordan}

To paraphrase Owen Benjamin: My preferred pronoun is "Justin Trudeau is a :eek::eek:".

Nobody has seen it, but I'm sure it is a major cultural marxism problem and the reason The Wall is going to get reelected.
