Around where I live, you'll occasionally every few years see a Gator try crossing a highway or something. I'm sure I could actually go hunt them within a short distance.

I had frog too. It doesn't really taste like anything. I just remember the bones were really soft.

Yes, it tastes good. The texture is in between chicken and fish...which makes perfect sense actually.

I used to live near a crocodile farm in the UK. Their burgers/steaks were delicious.
I felt bad for them. Visiting them in their beautiful, well kept enclosure. They were living their best life.
I was staring at this beast like "yeah buddy, you'll do me nicely".
I felt like a god. The way fat rich men point to a lobster in the tank "I'll take that one".

Yes, when I went to Florida I had fried Gator. To me it was similar to chicken strips.
