My town has a Seafood Festival every year and one of the star attractions is Alligator On A Stick, its just alligator cooked like chicken strips, I tried it one year, tasted like fishy chicken strips, I hate fish so I did not care for it one bit, no sirree, Bob

Yes, when I went to Florida I had fried Gator. To me it was similar to chicken strips.
