The average height at HW is only 6'1, so DC is only 3-4 inches shorter than the average, or 4.16% shorter. The average LW is 5'9, and 4.16% shorter than 5'9 is only 5'6 and a half.

The answer is Michel Prazeres, who is 5'6 and just fought at WW, but usually fights at LW.

He's not obese at 5'6, though. Basically TS wants to know if Matt serra still fights at LW or WW.
