I'm sure many people have heard Charles has had terrible eyesight for a long time. According to Charles his vision was only 50% and he would see 3 guys when he fought.
Apparently he got corrective surgery back in January which is right after the Porier fight: https://calfkicker.com/charles-oliveira-rumored-to-have-had-his-vision-restored/ . This means he must have fought Justin with 20/20 vision.
Seems there's truth to it because in all of Oliveira's recent IG photos, he's walking around without glasses.
Do you guys see this as being a big difference maker for his fights? Personally, I think it will boost his striking but not grappling as it relies more on feeling your opponent's pressure and instincts. Being able to see your opponent clearly undoubtedly helps you to land and avoid strikes better.
