His Cabo Camp training & diet regimen has really seemed to be taking off as both Bruce Leroy AND YOUR NEWWWWWW MW Champion Michael Bisping (did I really just hear myself say/type that?) utilized it to great success tonight. Bisping even went as far as to mention over-training, indicating that the new champ is completely sold on the benefits of Lil' Diaz' innovative and very customizable - saveloy and stout/Crabbie's for the champ? - product.

2 questions:

Is this the future of training, and does Nate get due recognition in the future? Possibly a permanent chair on the board of directors for the UFC Med/Training/Nutrition center?

Is this the death knell for Mike Dolce, especially as he's in the shadows at the moment working on Mugen Honda?

I still haven't forgiven him for his TUF stint.

But seriously, I think a lot of traditional MMA training practices are going to fall under more scrutiny, especially because AKA loses another belt.

Also, why pay huge money for a baby sitter, and greasy burgers & fri(t)es, when you can win the championship on a diet of salty tears and "powdered sugar"? (See: Jones vs Cormier 2)
