Has Dana ever promised something a 100% and broken it?

Just like every CEO does to appease the board or whoever owns them. The companies probably love Dana because people get mad at him rather than WME, or atleast he gets more heat than them. WME is what has been the worst thing for the UFC by far.

Great matchups did happen. Silva vs Liddell, Rua vs Liddell, Machida vs Rua, Noguiera va whoever they put infront of him, Lil Nog vs Ortiz, Jackson vs Liddell, Anderson vs Henderson. The UFC made a lot of great matchups.

Shogun was suspended post Henderson per athletic commission, Rampage really wanted to fight in Japan so they booked him with Bader, which he missed weight and loss, but was getting investigated for his TRT use in that bout. Shogun vs Rampage was booked, the unbooked because Rampage opted to go get surgery for his knees, Shogun moved on. Dana had nothing to do with the fallout. But it should’ve been booked with Rampage came back to the UFC for that 1 fight.

Yeah, idk what that guy is talking about. Considering there were some contractual and health issues, he got most of the Pride guys in there with good fights. Hendo's first two fights were unification bouts essentially.
 
Baldfather swore that any fighters who were involved with EA Sports MMA would be banned from the UFC for life. Only to turn around and do business (to this day) with EA Sports.
 
Literally every promise he made is bound to be broken, I’m still waiting for him to re-sign Paul Daley lol
 
He has never lied about anything. He has changed his mind and evolved his position as new facts became known.

I'd say that saying women would "never" fight in the UFC is equivalent to breaking a 100% promise.

Dana could tell me my mother would loves me and I wouldn't believe him.
 
Btw « never » means the same as a 100% no. He promised GSP was gonna fight Anderson after GSP’s Jale Shields fight. He promised to never let UFC fighters do crossover fights and then proceeded to promote Conor vs Floyd for money. He promised to never let Cyborg fight in the UFC, then signed her. He promised to cut all the fighters that touch a ref and then proceeded to let Conor push the ref like 1 week later.

The list goes on and on, he always came back on his promises as soon as a cashcow was involved.
 
Its easier to ask what promise he kept, bc he has broken like 99% of any promise he ever made lol.

He even already came back on his words on the Jones vs Aspinall fight. A couple of months ago he said 100% the fight was going to happen and recently he said he wasn’t sure anymore <lol>
