Has Conor's popularity plummeted as the numbers suggest?

Nate's timing on the 1-2 is great. It's probably his best offensive weapon. He's scrambled the brains of Conor, Masvidal, and Leon Edwards with that shit.

Maybe I shouldn't speak his name and support a single click to this glorified journeyman who lost to Diaz twice at his peak and made his name off midgets, but consider this charity for Conor who may be rich but his future in doubt as a viable name in MMA. Nearly 40, probably top 100 in terms of legacy, has a lot of bad press. Less people care all the time. He was a fighter but can't really fight anymore and has nothing else to offer the sport.

Most fighters with true legacy gain popularity btw, to see him actually lose popularity proves he is currently irrelevant and nobody wants to bite. His existing fanbase is primarily pre 2020 fans who are too lazy to unsubscibe the the ones that have are notably too embarrased to have themselves associated with him.

That graph is incredibly misleading, there is only a tiny section of the Y axis, this is actually quite a flat curve

So, over the course of eleven days, after being found legally liable in court of law for sexual assault, he lost 0.33% of his Instagram followers. Not 1/3, but 1/3 of 1%.

And this is supposedly an indication of his popularity decline?

I mean, he's a massive asshole and a douchebag, IMO, and I'd love to see him lose 45M of those followers. But what happened is not going to make me excited that he's heading in that direction.

Understandable from a fighter that doesnt fight.

How do we know you aren't fake?

Yeah like, 3 years ago. No one gives a fuck about Conor except for extreme casuals and degenerates who live through him.

Losing followers shows you are pretty much dead on the internet. That's even a step down from not gaining followers.

There have been a lot of flash in pans in popularity who became yesterdays news because they have no sustaining legacy.

I think you're confusing a regular purge of bot accounts with MMA fans finding Conors IG expressly to remove him from their feeds. 5-30k swings are nothing more than an algorithm adjustment when you're at 47 million.

Lol at the adjustment of the graph scales to make it look like it's plummeting.
