huge shock by a brawler, i like ben he's always fun to watch. can't believe he subbed josh a catch master, one of them..

has josh said anything??, ben takes his bjj serious. i think josh thought he couldn't be subbed.. specially by a brawler., a bjj master nog couldn't do it, he many tries.. ricco couldn't..

i bet josh is embarrassed, he shouldn't be.. ben takes his grappling serious.
 
Haven't heard anything but I can't imagine him being anything but humble. Cut out all the side promoting shit and the WWF shit he does on the side and he is an interesting dude. Very intelligent analyst, and I wouldn't mind seeing him in the booth.

interesting to see what he says, i dunno though.. if he got subbed by a top grappler then maybe... but he might say that he was sloppy, lazy what ever and not give much respect. as ben isn't known for grappling.

i haven't heard anything from josh

in competition nog nearly armbared him, closet i've seen him.

josh has said that minoru suzuki and maskatsu funaki played with him in grappling, and they are mw's.. but they are his mentor's per say..

Don't underestimate bens ground game. It's legit. He's been fighting for a long time.
 
Well Ben is legit and has been since forever. He's just been criminally underrated for a long time. I'm not surprised he subbed an aging Josh, he's a very well rounded fighter

but yeah he has and been on a sick schedule, competition he's faced has been sick.. and imo he beat rashad and machida.

dc fight was hard to watch. never seen hendo get manhandled like that

yeah i did and many have, even josh it seems, i believe ben's teacher is a rickson gracie top student. so yeah legit.
