Because fucktards fry them when they’re still frozen and not completely thawed. Also they fill the pots with too much oil and so it overflows and spills when they put the turkey in. Oil and high heat is always a dangerous mix.

Yeah, all that water breaks loose and displaces the oil. I worked at a Arby's in high school, then got another gig at a Hardee's. They hadn't opened and we were training. They overfilled the vats. The trainer burned the shit out of his hand during a demonstration while trying to sop up oil with a rag.

Does anyone still eat KFC? I have it about once every 5 to 7 years because there's no other option at the time. And its always terrible. Fried chicken is one of the simplest foods on earth. Its amazing they manage to fuck it up so bad.
