I get payed this weekend so ima pick it up then (damn priorities lol). I was very disappointed with the 1st EA UFC game, I usually only buy/play sports games and their career mode after about a month or 2 I stopped playing it haha. Career mode was wack n just didn't like the overall gameplay

I regret giving my 360 to my lil cousin cuz there went UFC undisputed 3 imo the best UFC/MMA game ever (never played EA MMA)

So what up sherdog has anyone got it yet? Is it better or worse then the 1st one? I mean I'm buying it regardless haha just kinda want to know what I'm getting into!

Best game ever made. Bought copies for the whole family.

Not out in the UK yet, but I'm excited to play it.

Definitely love the size of the roster and event mode, and the gameplay looks fun.

Watched a lot of gameplay videos, looks very similar to the first EA game, I'm gonna pick it up soon I'll let ya know. Undisputed 3 is still the best MMA game, when the fuck are they going to include cage transitions in the new games? I used to love sprinting across the octagon with Brock, shooting and pushing the guy against the cage, then scooping him up and slamming him.

I've never found a UFC game enjoyable.

Certainly a welcome addition, always loved throwing guys off the cage, but it was helpful for TDD, too.

Dude, been on it for 2 hrs. It's fucking awesome, fuck the haters

I'll play ufc undisputed 3 on xbox live until the servers catch fire. Still probably my favourite game to play along with gta 5. Transitions are great, bobbing and weaving is great, and u can throw jabs and straights that are quick and interrupt combos. Leg kicks finish fights, everyone has unique moves, etc....

It sucks. If I'd like street fighter. Get the health bar low enough and it is a instant ko

its ok, build your own player options suck now after the usada regulations

I did not like the first and the character animations are too poor for my liking.
However the only sports games I generally enjoy are baseball and football.

I like it, it's better then ea UFC 1.

The knockdowns/knockouts are much more realistic. It's a fun game.

never played an EA UFC game. do they implement the "turn your joystick in a circle" submission technique? or mash button as fast as possible. i was good at that but not great.

Crazy I wanted to make this same thread. FYI its $48 on amazon with prime or if you wait til friday it will be $42 at gamestop. I'll probably grab it at gamestop this weekend.

I preordered it so I got Tyson which is cool and they made it so he can't go for takedowns which was a nice touch. For me I didn't mind the grappling system in the old one it just took a long time to learn which is how it should be but it you had a hard time with it the new one is much easier. No more spinning on the stick just one direction where you want to transition which makes it a lot easier. I read reviews that it takes a long time to get the hang of it but I started on Pro which is the hardest and was finishing people by KO and submission so maybe it's hard if you havent played the old ones.

Overall it's a lot better then the old one. They added event mode again which I like, also you can play as a UFC fighter in the career which is cool. The career is kinda the same except now you can simulate the training so if you get a A in a category you don't have to keep doing it which is cool. I hated having to do the same training over and over when I always got the highest level. The knockouts are a little wierd because it's hard to tell when they are out cold or if you have to give a little extra to finish but even if you don't and they recover they usually get knocked out anyways.

If you're a casual gamer and like MMA you'll love it like me and now they have A LOT of fighters from crappy ones to all stars which is cool because the old one had everyones' stats at 90 so it was lame.

No more stick turning and if you button mash you will most likely get knocked out if your flurry doesn't rock them.

Its better then the last one.But it still has some major flaws. The striking is alot better then the previous version and height and reach play a major factor. The grappling is overhauled with a hud that now tells u what will happen if u move in this way etc.Its a good idea but not pulled off very well. And transitioning between takedowns etc is very slow and annoying due to this as well.

I feel if the hud allowed u to transition a little quicker it would be alot more fluid and enjoyable. Also the career mode is very poor.I was really dissapointed by i

All in all its moving in the right direction and a major improvement on the last
