Haha that's awesome, my brothers and I have so many Pancrase DVDs, and I've watched Kondo fight so many rematches (his fights against Semmy Schilt fascinated us so much) that he was the first name that popped in my head

Dude just never stops! Even "recently" he rematched and beat Gono (2019) at Pancrase 305... their first fight was in 2001 at Pancrase 102! (they had another bout at PRIDE Shockwave 2006, and Kondo won the trilogy 2-1)
Bless these Japanese warriors

He's probably the most elite fighter to have the most rematch wins. That is very impressive in its own right.

I bet he wouldve won rematches with Schaub, Kongo and Fedor in Bellator sans stroke
