I've blamed comfort eating and gaps between workouts for it. I'm going to reduce portion sizes and clean up. I'm also going to get myself a cardio machine when I move into my new place, a foldable rower or exercise bike, for after meals. I'm also considering a kettlebell or a freestanding punchbag, though it depends on what the place looks like after I've filled it up, and clutter...
