Damn dude, twenty stone... gotta get on that or you're not going to make it past middle age. Exercise is good but it's 90% about the calories in part.

Yeah, I've been eighteen stone for the last nine years, but I've jumped up a stone in the last year. I've blamed comfort eating and gaps between workouts for it. I'm going to reduce portion sizes and clean up. I'm also going to get myself a cardio machine when I move into my new place, a foldable rower or exercise bike, for after meals. I'm also considering a kettlebell or a freestanding punchbag, though it depends on what the place looks like after I've filled it up, and clutter...

You'll be sore getting back to it for the first couple of times but I'm sure you'll be back in the swing in no time. I would suggest you also take some whey protein as it helps with the recovery.

The funny thing I notcied as I get old is even the DOMS is delayed now. Next day I'm ok and a little sore. Day after is when it hits worse.
