Kaz reminds me of some people I know. Some of these people are fairly smart on some topics (e.g. computers/coding or whatever other random subjects) which they take to mean that they are smart on other topics and say completely insane things they know nothing about. The stuff about allied forces fighting WWII to save the Jews was so bizarrely off the mark and ahistorical that I was truly at a loss of words. I have only taken a couple history classes in school and college but even with such limited knowledge it was tough to stomach. Allied forces were so taken aback when they finally freed the concentration/extermination camps that they were doing some summary executions on the spot for the still remaining prison guards. General Eisenhower having the foresight ordered his forces to document everything they witnessed at the camps because even then he knew people would not believe what took place.

The main driver of the violence is poverty and misery which has been instituted by Hamas. A huge amount of money has been subverted to build tunnels and buy missiles instead of investing in Palestinian infrastructure. There should be no way Israel has to provide water desalination plants or power to the Palestinians.
