Yeah, no. The Kingdom of Israel was founded some 1600 years before Muhammed. There have been Jews living in Eretz Israel continuously since that time. Sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on who was in control.
As to the local Arab population welcoming the Jews of Europe, this is patently false. There were clashes between Arabs and Jews as early as 1886 - 11 years before the first Zionist Congress. The local Arab population successfully petitioned the Ottoman Empire a number of times between 1891 and 1918 to make rules against Jewish purchases of land. Of course, the Ottoman's by this time were so corrupt, that Jewish Organizations basically bribed Ottoman administrators to ignore the rule.
Between 1918 and 1948, there were multiple uprisings by the local Arab population against the Jews. As of 1948, Jews owned approximately 4.5% of what is now Israel, most bought from absentee Lebanese landlords that had purchased it from the Ottoman Empire.
We could argue all day long about whether Jews had a right to settle in Israel and create a Jewish state, but at least let's do so from historical accuracy.
