now suppose, for example, it is easier to verify the identity of "collateral damage" than the identity of those hit in targeted attacks. just for shits and giggles. would you expect the direct hit demographics to be the same as the collateral damage demographics? in other words, would you expect the demographics for the unverified 27k to match the demographics of the verified 8k population?

surely you can see how there may be a bias in the 8k verified population relative to the total population.
