International Hamas launches surprise attack on Israel; Israel has declared a state of war. Vol. II

This is not true, Israel established a naval, land and air blockade of Gaza when it pulled out.

You are correct when saying that Israel shouldn't had pulled out of Gaza.

The blockade was established after hamas took control and started firing rockets towards Israel.
And in any case, there is no military presence or settlements *inside* Gaza. Meaning, Israel took a step in the direction the whole world is pushing, only to get Isis next door, so I don't think it's as easy to say now that another similar step is the solution

A somewhat ironic and amusing comment from a guy who has apparantly spent 35 years studying the history and yet was posting such an obviously biased whitewash version of it just a few days ago...
Heh, funny. Go ahead and quote the post where I said I spent 35 years studying the history here, you dumb, pathetic, lying little shit. I'll wait. As if I would have had any chance whatsoever of remaining a "Palestine" supporter for so long had I actually studied the history when I was younger. Show us the post.

It's amusing - and of course quite telling - how it's the same thing again and again with you dishonest little Anti-Israel fucks on this thread. You don't have an actual argument, so you lie. Page after page, you desperate little idiots make shit up because you don't have the facts on your side. And because you're not used to being in the company of people with normal intelligence, you think the lying is going to work for you. Well, how has it worked out for you so far, Corky?

Fuck those evil cunts

According to Musk, there are several issues to consider. At the most basic level, connecting to the system requires the use of dedicated ground stations, and it's uncertain whether Israel will approve their introduction into the Gaza Strip. More significantly, even though Musk asserts that the system will be used exclusively for the benefit of humanitarian organizations, in practice, Starlink may not have the means to verify the identities of system users, potentially allowing Hamas to seize control of the ground stations for its own purposes. In fact, it's highly likely that if Starlink is indeed activated in the Gaza Strip, Hamas will gain access to the internet through Musk's initiative.

Calm down big socks.

Did they not? We can nickle and dime this shit over the centuries, but the war going on right now, was provoked by Hamas. Yes, they have some valid reasons for being mad, but you best pick your battles wisely, and know your place in this world, before you murder 1400 people from a nation that can kick your fucking ass.

They didn’t “provoke”. They waged war. And did so targeting civilians.
And everyone here is saying how wrong they’re for doing so. It was pure evil and the response shouldn’t be collective punishment either. Be better than that and use special forces or something. At least make the effort to reduce the civilian death toll. Why is it that everyone is in agreement with how evil Hamas is yet you refuse to acknowledge what it presently going on. Israel is slowly losing the good will it had during that week it was brutally attacked. Look at the protests worldwide. They wouldn’t exist if they decided to go in a different direction with their pursuit. If a country retaliated against Americans for its government’s war crimes you’d rightly be in opposition. Collective punishment for thee but not for me

What do you think would happen if a foreign nation tried to establish a no-fly zone and a naval blockade on Israel or any other nation whatsoever?

While Hamas did caused the current flare up, no nation on earth would not consider the conditions imposed on Gaza and not consider that an act of war.

The blockade was established after hamas took control and started firing rockets towards Israel.

Not saying Israel is wrong to establish a blockade, just that the mere existence of the blockade implies a continuum of war.

EDIT

Establishing a full blockade is not a step in the right direction, is in any case even worse because it allowed Hamas to fester unopposed.
